📦 Return Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or fulfillment (for shipping or local pickup).

No refunds to original payment method.

Store credit (via online credit) will be issued for eligible returns and does not expire.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order cancellations will be issued as store credit.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale/Clearance items (items discounted 20% or more)

Personalized or holiday-related items (includes apparel, decor & gifts)

Item Condition

To qualify for a exhange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Must include original tags and packaging

No damage, signs of wear, or alterations


🔁 Damaged Items

Report damage within 3 business days of receiving your item.

✉️ How to Make a Exhcange / Store Credit

  1. Email southernmeloncustomerservice@gmail.com with:

  2. Your name

  3. Your order number

  4. The item(s) you’d like to exchange / store credit

  5. Wait for confirmation and instructions.

  6. Ship your item(s) back within the return window provided in your email.

  7. Customer is responsible for return shipping and any lost or damaged return packages.

  8. Please allow 3 business days for return processing once your item(s) are received to receive your store credit.


📍 Local Pickup Orders

Follow the same return policy.

Orders not picked up within 8 days of fulfillment are Final Sale.

Orders not picked up within 60 days are considered abandoned and will be donated.
