Items will ship out 2-3 business days.

- All orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the same day with the exception of Saturday, & Sunday orders which will be shipped on Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are not business days so please allow for that when estimating your shipping time. During seasonal holidays and large sales events, please allow 2-3 additional days for shipping.
- Once your package leaves our boutique, we do not have any control over its whereabouts. We strongly encourage you to sign up for text notifications so you can see your package moving.
- If your package shows as delivered and you do not have possession of it, please check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it.
We do offer store pickup. Once your order is placed, please meet us at our storefront shop. It is located at:

- Please allow at least one hour for turn-around time.
Park in front of the store and please call the store to let us know you are outside.
Our hours for pickup are as follows:
Sunday & Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Saturday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Once you've recieved your package, you have a week from that day to do any returns or exchanges.
- Tags must be attached, not be worn or washed at all.
- If you've purchased in store or online for in store pick up, once you've placed your order you will only have one week from that day to do any returns or exchanges.
- We do not include Sunday and Monday since we are closed both those days.
- If you received your items before the one-week mark for any returns or exchanges and it was shipped. You would need to pay a $7 shipping fee to ship back the item.
- You will not receive your refund till we receive package.
- ANY ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED WITH A DISOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE. NO REUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL ITEMS SHOWN IN THE SALE TAB ARE FINAL SALE.
WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS
All items must be returned back to us within 7 days of being purchased with tags attached and receipt at your expense. We do not pay for the return shipping costs. Any item that does not follow our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
